We arrived in the main gate of the condo at the time specified. There was not anyone who knew about our arrived and the security took much time to provide us the apt's keys. When we got inside, for our surprise the local was dirty, the beds were messed up, the crockery of kitchen were dirty, the bathroons were dirty too. We tried to contact the hoster, and only feel hours after he answered us, saying that he was surprised about it and, he would fix the problem. We left the apt, and we back around 19hs and we found a woman cleaning up the mess. Due to the dirty and the messed up which we found the apt, the apt was not be checked before our arrival, at least 1 week.

Acomodação excelente, extremamente bem localizado. Nos arredores do condomínio tem supermercado, restaurantes e até mesmo uma praia que dá pra ir a pé. Fica muito perto da Maho Beach

The location and lay out of Kyle’s apt are great. However upon arrival it just felt as if the owner hadn’t been there himself in ages as everything is just really run down. The downstairs shutter won’t close, the bedroom fan is making a loud ticking noise, the clock is not working, there are holes in the screen in the bedroom window etc etc. The couch is worn out so we put towels on it to sit on.I waited twice for a technician to come to fix the fan, which didn’t happen, so I decided to use my time to go to the beach. Being a (super) host myself, I would have dropped of a bottle of wine or would have made another gesture as a compensation for my lost time. But nothing happened other than getting a noisy desk fan and the offer to come fix it on another day. So all in all we wanted to let Kyle know that he can do better than this, both with the upkeep of his apt aswell as in the way he provides service to his guests.

Super location. Very secure, great not busy pool. Kyle’s place quickly became our home away from home. We rented a car for only a couple of days and didn’t miss having one. (Reserve the car ahead of time). Taxi’s are easy to find and reasonable. There’s also a bus stop close by the more adventurous could use. Restaurants are in easy walking distance. Ribs, gelato, pastries, lobster, eggs benedict oh my! Nice beach almost across the street, behind the Cocky Turtle/Dive shop. We loved watching the sunset from there while sipping an umbrella drink. Market Garden grocery is very close, well stocked with food and liquor, also offers a lunchtime buffet that has great, affordable local food choices. If you stay here, say please hello to shy Brunhilda, the land crab who lives by the deck.

This place was perfect for us. It met all our needs. Very close to restaurants, beach, and nightlife. The property was peaceful and safe and the unit was clean and cosy. Would stay again.
