This is my third time staying at Batools. They just recently updated the hvac the last year. Batool always message back quickly and if you have any questions he always response. If you staying a short stay you don't need basics but if your staying longer or have a full house you will need to go to the store to get everyday items such as trash bags, tp, paper towels, basic cleaning supplies. There is no washer n dryer in site but there a laundry Matt a block away. There food all around in walking distance and 2 coffee shops. simple food is our favorite.

Batool’s place was perfect for our family vacation. The view from the balcony was the star of the show. The apartment looked just like the pictures, it was clean and very comfortable. Batool was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return some day.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar lo tiene todo cerca no tienes q sacar el carro para nada y la vista no se diga más el ambiente mejor q un hotel 5 estrellas…

We were happy with location & cleanliness. Could use a chair in living room. Not enough bath towels, needs more baking pans. Missed not having a washer/dryer and dishwasher, but overall we had a great time on our vacation.

Amazing view from the balcony right on the beach. Great for morning evening walk on the beach. Surf classes in walkable distance. Next to a good place. Place is as described. No issues at all.
