Cool off in the plunge pool, lay in the hammock, or gather with other guests at the Guanacaste wood table to soak in the 180° view... You may never want to leave!

BEST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD! I can't say enough about Sarina and Gary's place! Their place was in such a great location, within walking distance to Playa Samara and Playa Carrillo (which is a must-see!!), and so close to all the restaurants and shops in Samara. Sarina provided so many great recommendations (with detailed instructions on how to get there) and was so helpful with booking transportation and activities. I had everything I needed in the Selva room, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. I could sit out on the terrace looking out at the beautiful view of Playa Samara all day! I had such an amazing time at Tico Tiki and will definitely be back! Thank you, Sarina and Gary!
amazing spot with incredible views. communal kitchen/ dining area with smoothie maker and coffee. 5 mins walk to the beach and centre of town of Samara. hosts were very helpful and responsive. shower room was great with pebble floor.
Très belle vue. Belle aménagement des espaces communs et bien équipé. Attendez-vous à entendre des fruits tomber sur le toit! Logements peu insonorisé. Sarina est extrêmement pro-active à répondre à toute question.
Me gustó mucho el lugar me párese un paraíso en medio de la montaña , la vista el panorama párese de película, la película de la laguna azul tiene una vista parecida ala que vi en el alojamiento, muy bello, un pequeño problemita muy pequeño cuando llegué fue un poco complicado pero al momento se arregló, pero si estaba muy bello todo , la aventura me gustó , los colores estaban muy bellos las playas , volveré algún día volveré me quedaré de nuevo , tomé muchas nuevas ideas para mis negocios
We loved our stay so much! We booked it last minute because we had a horrible experience at another accommodation. Knowing our situation, Sarina texted us in advance to let us know that the room was ready and we could arrive before the original check in hour. We really appreciated how thoughtful and kind she was ! The view from the balcony was SO beautiful and the room was cozy. We 1000% recommend it !

Our Italian villa is tucked into a quiet neighborhood on a hillside, stroked by ocean breezes.
The location is practically perfect!
Just 150 meters from the beach, you can walk down the 120 steps through the jungle and be on the sand in 5 minutes. From there it's an easy, 10-minute stroll to the main street and all that Sámara has to offer.
Note: when hiking uphill to get back, the last 5 minutes are invigorating. ;-)
We're on the edge of the jungle just outside of town, so wildlife visits are abundant!
Expect to see howler monkeys in the mango trees... hummingbirds, iguanas, and butterflies on the terrace... and pizote/coatimundi, raccoons, and 2 kinds of iguana foraging on the hillside.
Everything is accessible by foot.
The beach is a five minute walk. From there you can stroll up the beach to the town center in ten minutes.
Driving a car? There is plenty of street parking along our quiet road. We send you our driving directions the day before check in and they include parking instructions.
