Karma and Wayan are so sweet! This location is perfect! Away from the Loud town and closer to the rice fields. Coming here from Canggu was already a crazy drive but once we got to the location we were welcomed with loving energy with Karma and his family members. The check in is usually 2pm but since we came to Ubud early, they were kind enough to let us come at 12noon to check in. The room is super new and clean. The shower runs so well and the AC is perfect. When you keep the doors open mid day you can hear the beautiful Koi Pond and birds chirping outside in the garden. We love the view from the room because all you can see is green lush garden and coconut trees. You will also notice the lime bush and chili bush right next to the window along with the butterflies flying around. Its very peaceful here. The kitchen space is super cute with gas stove, pots pans, dishes plates and the fridge where you can stash your food and drinks. Its very peaceful here. Karma responds really fast and he’s been very accommodating with great hospitality. We requested to order 10 coconuts to the villa and Karma delivered it to us asap everyday! They even let us borrow their big knife to cut the coconuts open. Wayan was always around cleaning up the villa and making it super extra clean. She works so hard! Our room was always cleaned. On the daily. I highly recommend this homestay. Its quiet, clean, nice, peaceful and away from town.

Staying at Karma Guesthouse has been such a relaxing and delightful experience! I HIGHLY recommend staying here to everyone! The location is perfect, only a couple of minutes to Ubud center by scooter. The rooms are nice with a beautiful view onto a well-designed garden and the shared kitchen has a blender, toaster, and all the necessities for cooking. Also, coffee and filtered water included! The showers are great :) Kefuk and Karma speak English very well and his beautiful wife Wayan takes great care of the place, cleaning the rooms every day. They are so nice and accommodating that when I left, I decided not to stay at the other place and came back here. It's a great place to meet other people (there are 4 rooms total), and the koi pond with water fountain are a relaxing touch. Definitely would stay here again and again. Thank you Karma + team!

My stay was awesome ,thier hospitaliy Perfect,room and view to the garden NO WORDS TO EXPLAIN. If you are searching a place to rest not in the center (is just couple of mins from the crowd) For me 10/10 in all ways I totally recommend this place.
