Great location, close to conveniences in Shaldon.

Had a lovely short break at the cottage. It was warm and clean with a super comfy bed. Well appointed kitchen - though could have done with a better range of equipment and glassware. We missed having a 'go to' folder for instructions, local amenities and other useful information. If more than two people were staying at the cottage, you may struggle to sit comfortably in the evenings with a small 2-3 seater sofa and an old armchair. The bathroom was really lovely and bedrooms tastefully decorated. The outside space was a little rough around the edges, but we didnt use it as it was March. Fabulous location - would recommend!.

Hopewell cottage is in the perfect location. It's in the centre of Shaldon just five minutes from the beach and a few steps from the local amenities. It has everything you need for a family holiday. I would definitely stay here again!
