Just a short drive away, enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Daymer Bay, where you can relax on golden sands and look out peacefully over the Camel Estuary and across to Padstow. A little further on and you will find the famous St Enodoc Golf Links.
Spend a day looking for King Arthur at Tintagel Castle. Walk across the bridge between the main land and headland to take in the breath-taking views. Once on the headland explore the rich history; walk among the castle ruins, find early-medieval remains and locate the life-size bronze statue of an ancient king. Don't forget to venture into Merlin's Cave, down below at sea level.
