This was our second time staying at Nicole’s place. It’s the perfect location, close by to all of the Waterbury restaurants. It’s a lovely apartment and we really enjoyed having the deck area. Waterbury is one of our favorite destinations and we love staying at Nicole’s place.

The apartment was amazing! It’s so cute and so cleans and so comfortable. It had everything we could’ve needed. It exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and a great place to just take a nice quiet stroll while feeling safe. We can’t wait to book our next stay here!!

Great location - didn’t have to walk more than 5 minutes to get some great food and drinks. The space was so cozy and felt right at home instantly!

We had a great time staying in the apartment. It was very clean and the location was great. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, cafes and a bottle shop. It was about a 25 min drive to Stowe Mountain Resort, which wasn't bad at all, considering you drive past a ton of good restaurants to stop at on the return trip. I understand the deck is "seasonal" but, the weather was very mild and we would have loved to be able to sit outside and enjoy the space. Unfortunately, there was no outdoor furniture available during our stay. An added note, there are some original floors in the apartment which are slightly unlevel in areas that you walk over. This did affect me negatively during our stay, only because I have an inner ear issue. Otherwise, everything was as expected. I would recommend the stay to a friend!
