Beautiful house with beautiful surroundings! Well decorated, nice comfortable furniture, very clean, and everything worked well. The fishermen in our family loved the quick access to the river and I loved sitting on the deck with my book watching them. The peaceful nature that surrounds you makes you feel remote, but there is food and conveniences within a 10 minute drive. The best of both worlds. We had pets at home and a 20 year old driving in from Florida, so I was concerned about the lack of wifi and cell service. (When I booked I thought the WiFi was bad, I didn’t understand that there was none.) As much as I’d love to be able to fully disconnect, that just isn’t reality for most people. We had an old portable hotspot from Verizon that I thankfully remembered to dig out and take with us and that worked for small things. Otherwise the full lack of connection would probably keep me from rebooking this property, which is a shame because it was perfect in every other way!

La cabaña muy bonita solo que nesecita que la limpien porque hay mucho polvo y las fotos que tienen en la página tienen que cambiarlas subir actuales porque no es como se ve en las fotos pero pues si está bonita y el silencio muy tranquilo todo

Myself and my family were so excited to be at this Cabin as a birthday trip. We were sad to see the dock wasn’t there like in the photos. We were looking forward to sitting out there and fishing out of it. That shouldn’t be included in pictures as it was a main selling point for us. The cabin was not very clean in fact the sheets on most beds looked like they had been slept in and were dingy/torn some pillows without covers. The bathroom near the porch door has the light in shower falling out with mold and ceiling chipping off not safe or clean when showering. The toilet paper holder that was once in another bathroom was missing from the wall with holes and dry walled exposed. Many of the windows were left unlocked which was not safe especially with children in the home major concern bc the cameras outside the house were pointed up. There were many termites and carpenter ants that you couldn’t lay in the hammock as you would have insects and wood flakes on you. It’s a shame!

Overall this was an excellent getaway. Lovely cabin right on the river, we will be coming back next year and years to come!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spacious enough for our extended family. Several family members fished in the river and we all spent hours outside on the decks. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. I definitely think the house needs Wi-Fi. The house next door seems to have strong Wi-Fi so it can be added. While we loved the cabin, the lack of Wi-Fi and cell service will drive us to choose another cabin in the future.
