Peaceful place to rest! Ideal home for large families. Good balance between rooms and common areas to make a more enjoyable experience. Nice pool and pictures captured what you’ll find there in. Great location to visit beaches like: Playa Frijolar, Guiones, San Juanillo or Playa Blanca. Hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our ten days at Carlos’s property. The house was large, spacious and clean with everything we needed. It felt safe and it was private. The pool was a great size and the kids loved it! I miss sitting on the back porch at night listening to the wild life and looking at the stars. We ate at Tiki-Hut a lot because it was such a beautiful setting, convenient and the food was great. Carlos was great at checking in with us and making suggestions. He is super friendly and over all one of the best hosts we’ve had!

This house is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 6. The pool provided a reprieve from the heat and we enjoyed it every day. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms are situated to provide privacy. The kitchen had most things that you would need and is very adequate. We only had a couple of questions for Carlos during our stay. He was responsive and very polite. We even had a visit from some Howler monkeys in a tree near by when we woke up one morning. Thoroughly enjoyed bird watching from the pool area. Never once felt unsafe. Visited several beaches in the area, each being very different and beautiful. The Tiki Hut in Marbella provided Happy Hour and a few meals away from the house. This house is an excellent value for the money! Thank you Carlos!

Beautiful, clean house with a spectacular view, excellent location and thoughtful layout. Each of the bedrooms is located in a separate wing of the house which was nice as we were part of a large group so everyone had their privacy/own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed linens super soft and the living room sofa comfortable. Carlos was very accommodating and even though we had a few minor issues, they were all dealt with right away. The pool/deck gets quite hot during the afternoons and there’s not a ton of shade but other than that we really enjoyed our stay here in Costa Rica!
