Overall, my stay here was okay. I like the location, the view and the building. The first issue were the curtains: even though the bedroom has a south-facing window, and the bed gets direct sunlight, there was no proper curtain installed, only a semi-transparent blind. Not very handy if you plan to sleep after 6 am. Only after a long and tedious discussion, where the host told me to buy my own curtains, he finally sent a relative to install some. These were not permanent, so make sure that they are installed if you want to sleep after dawn. The second issue was a lack of transparancy. The host charges a fee of 1000 pesos for cleaning, as well as a 5000 peso deposit, in cash, which I am pretty sure is against the terms and conditions of Airbnb. While someone did come to clean during my month-long stay, this did not even include fresh sheets and towels. So what was I even paying for? The host did not even respond when I asked about this.

We stayed for almost 5 weeks and it was a good and very comfortable stay, huge thanks to Miss Cheryl who is an amazing host. She was very responsive to our concerns. The unit was clean very clean and modern. We loved how they made their place very stylish with all those signature furnishing and at the same time warm and homey. The only thing we wish they have is a laundry machine or area. They do have a washing machine but it was unfortunately broken when we booked. Luckily, the location is very convenient that there is a laundry shop just across the street from where the property is. The place is also just 3-5 minutes away from big malls and supermarkets like JY Square Mall and Ayala Central Bloc Mall which was handy. It is also close to dozens of restaurants and cafes. We also loved the amenities of the building and the security that is on 24/7. The building staff are very helpful. You can ask for their assistance when booking for taxis. We highly recommend this wonderful place! 🫶🏻

fantastic condo with a great view over Cebu, very comfortable place to stay, easy to get a taxi from the lobby, his brother the chef cooks great food that you can order. The only improvements I would suggest would be to add block out curtains for the bedroom and balcony door. remove the washing machine and add a smaller fridge which would create a little more room in the kitchen. would really love to stay here again as it is a very comfortable, peaceful place with a beautiful view over Cebu.
