The condo is set up with balcony access from either from the master bedroom or the living area. The living area is furnished with a 32" flat screen HDTV/DVD and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a 32" flat screen HDTV/DVD and an office area. The guest BR is furnished with a queen size bed and a 32" HD/flat screen TV. It also has a great view of the Intracoastal waterway! This is by far the best view I've ever enjoyed at a bnb. It was peaceful and beautiful inside and out. From our balcony we saw a marsh rabbit, black snake, pelicans, dolphins, mourning doves and even a tortoise. Stunning sunrises, sunsets and moonrises. Right on the A1A in Crescent Beach. Fine white sand, private beach. Close to St. Augustine, Marineland, Commander's Shellfish Camp, Washington Oaks State Park botanical garden, the Alligator Farm, and other fab places
Location was great! Ideally located for views of beach & waterway. Condo very well stocked with lots of nice touches.

You’re just a short drive from historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States, with its centuries-old fort, colonial-era streets, and many modern restaurants. And don’t forget other local adventures like Marineland, the St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum, the Alligator Farm… You are even a day trip away to the Orlando theme parks or Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center.
