Beautiful location, exactly as described and was clean, comfortable and quiet. The welcome package left for us was a lovely touch and really helpful. The log burner was wonderful and relaxing. The hot tub for two was a great way to unwind after a costal walk. The directions given by Chris and Jan to find the property was very helpful- definitely use the What.Three.Words to navigate there! The place had pretty much everything we needed for our short stay, and was the first time in a long time we unplugged from being online all the time (even though there was a smart TV and wifi available). Without wifi, reception is patchy, at times there was ‘no service’ on either of our phones. Our only niggle is the late check in - 4pm is a little late given check out is at 10am, but we would definitely stay here again. X

Still House was the peaceful getaway we needed. It’s been thoughtfully decorated and felt really cosy. The surroundings are beautiful and the private garden was lovely and tranquil with lots of opportunities for spotting wildlife! Chris and Jan provided very thorough instructions for locating the property - the What Three Words app was a particularly handy tool for this! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can’t wait to book another trip here.

Our stay at Chris and Jan's place was nothing short of magical. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of city life, their amazing immersive house offered us a serene escape during Easter into a world of quiet and rustic elegance. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the captivating ambiance of the 1930s-inspired décor. Every corner of the house seemed to tell a story, with attention to detail evident in every furnishing and ornament. The traditional elements seamlessly blended together, creating an atmosphere that felt both cozy and sophisticated. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the fireplace, which served as the heart of the house. We spent all 3 evenings gathered around it. Additionally, the hot tub provided the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding Cornwall. We will definitely consider to come back to this lovely place.
