The room was as described. It took Jackie two weeks to respond to my initial message, and then she never responded to the last message I sent her. I’ve never had that experience with a host. I think the room was overpriced. I read a review about the indoor pool not working, and this review was older. We were told the indoor pool wasn’t warm when we checked on. We were looking forward to that considering it ended up being a rainy weekend. Wonder how long the indoor pool was not warm. They should update that part

I wanted a romantic getaway and it was ruined. I was looking for a pool and hot tub that we could use to relax. This was advertised as a resort with pictures showing an indoor pool and hot tub with an add. charge per day to use. This is NOT a resort, at check-in we were told that the pool was broken and not warming up and that our room was upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi, I thought that would make up for the pool, boy was I wrong. As I walked into the room I was so disgusted I wanted to run but there was no refund. The old and drabby couch had crumbs on it, everything just felt dirty and gross, and the jacuzzi was so filthy IDK how it's ok to rent this room. we tried cleaning it with bleach but that didn't work. The hot tub in the pool area had dirt, pine needles lint or something floating. I asked the lady in the front to have it cleaned and she brushed me off saying it's not her fault people use lotions but she'll check on it, never did. I still got charged for the fee. Horrible

This place is very peaceful, quiet and the views are amazing!!! very walkable to the cute and fantastic downtown.
