We had a wonderful time staying at Fernie and Myrna place. It was nice and cozy, with beautiful views of the San Gabriel mountains. Myrna and Fernie were warm and generous hosts. We had great conversations with them, which flowed naturally, as if we had known one other for many years. An added bonus was the house was located in a neighborhood close to my sisters house. We would definitely stay there again.

There's a lot to like! Comfortable bed, sofa, and chair. Spacious bathroom and main room. Good kitchen for preparing meals. Much privacy and closet/drawer space. A stunning view of the San Gabriel Mountains over South Pasadena and beyond. Easy street parking. And Fernie's the best -- a very friendly guy, and also generous about taking care of the nightly parking permit. The sole downsides (hardly major) are the occasionally intrusive traffic noise and the overzealously barking, territorial dogs patrolling the huge yard. (They're fenced off, though.) As long as you're up for negotiating 30-plus steps each time you arrive and leave, you'll enjoy it here. I sure did for ten nights.

Beautiful house in a quiet residential area. The place was comfortable, spacious and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed as well. The hosts were very kind, they showed us in and made themselves available for assistance if we needed any. Would recommend! Obrigada por nos receberem!

Spacious with a truly wonderful view. Bed and bedding were so cozy. Slept like a log!Everything one needed was there. Fernie and Myrna are just so helpful and friendly. Great people!

Beautiful place which was nicely finished. Above and beyond amenities. The hosts made us feel a welcomed part of their home. Will definitely come back.
