This house was lovely, just as described! We could not have been more comfortable and Patricia was very quick with any questions we had. We loved the location, we could walk to several cute and quirky restaurants very quickly, or a bit further (half mile) go to the amazing pearl district and even to the riverwalk.

We loved staying at Patricia’s home for our trip to San Antonio! The amenities of the house were awesome! The location was close to the pearl district and very easy to drive around the city! Patricia was always a responsive and friendly host! Would happily stay here again!

Patricia's place was nicely updated, clean, and was the perfect size for four people. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed, TVs and TV service could use some updating, and mention of the noise level in that area should be included in the listing. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The home was perfect for two couples to share. Each couple had our own full bathroom and bedroom that were recently updated and very clean. The kitchen and living room open concept provided a great common area including a TV with multiple apps available and there were also TVs in each bedroom for individual viewing choices. The neighborhood I was quiet with several restaurants easily walkable. Parking in the driveway was perfect and free and it is less than 10 minutes to the Pearl, downtown, and the Quarry areas. Great value!
