I love spending time in Ranna on this beachfront villa which is located on one of the best stretches of beach in the Southern Province. Staff have been instructed that our guests are the most valuable asset we have and must be taken good care of during their stay. Shelton and Nirosha live in a separate house located on the same block of land as Ardeen Villa and are there permanently to ensure the guests welfare. They can arrange for local transportation for one day visits to the two largest game reserves in Sri Lanka, namely Yala and Uda Walawe as well as half day trips to the beautiful surf beaches and bays located within a 20 minute drive from the villa. There are two chefs who prepare all the meals listed in the menu. Requests outside the menu can be made in advance. Guests can bring their own supplies and prepare their meals if they wish using the kitchen and outside BBQ facilities at a daily charge of USD 30. The villa is ideal for families with kids and friends who wish to have the entire place to themselves where they can relax and enjoy every moment of their holiday with walks on the beach and boat rides on the lagoon, visits to the two large bird sanctuaries that are nearby, dolphin and whale sighting, watching turtles lay their eggs on the beach, the ancient temple built in the 4th century or relaxing in the villa gardens and beach amidst peacocks and jungle fowl.
