What a lovely stay we had at this accommodation. The view is amazing especially from the upper terrace. Lucia and son Paride were fantastic to work with, they were very responsive and kind. The bathrooms could use some updating, but overall the house was comfortable and well stocked. We were 2 couples and there was plenty of space and comfy seating for us. Our stay was early October so the small marina of Portisco was pretty quiet, but charming with a few restaurants & cafes (and one small grocery store). We rented a boat from the marina which was a highlight. We loved the location of this place and it was an easy 25 minutes from the Olbia airport. Great house and great host! Grazie Lucia!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lucia’s home in Portisco. The view was amazing and the outdoor living and dining space where we spent most of our time was fantastic .

Fedt sted🤩 det eneste der manglede var en velkomst hilsen med Wi-Fi koder og hvordan tingene virkede. Ovnen kunne desværre ikke bruges da den tog strømmen hver gang jeg prøvede at tænde den. Derudover kunne man ikke se grader og oven- funktioner på den, da de var slidt ad. De var søde til at svare os, da vi havde en del spørgsmål.

The positives: Good check-in. She is very friendly and hospitable in person. The outdoor space is absolutely fantastic - 10/10 - its better than it looks in the photos. The negatives: From the first night we had no AC in the master bedroom - if the door was closed it gets very hot and sweaty. The only solution for a sleep is to use the AC from living area and leave the bedroom door open. Lucia did send a technician round on day 3 she told me the issue was my fault with the remote (it wasnt - it still didnt work after this) From day 3 we had no hot water in the master bedroom, luke warm showers only. Again I was told this was my fault for pressing 'a switch' This was not the case. The issue is the limitation on electricity to the house - if we had the aircon and oven on at the same time the whole switchboard would short. Lights dim and flciker - only 1 shower had hot water. Its my opinion that this is by design to save money. Rectify the power issues and this would be a nice stay.

The villa needs amenities including outdoor furniture and maintenance. Lucia was very kind to us. I had an injury and she was very helpful in finding a doctor and picking up my prescriptions. Very nice host
