This is my second time staying here with three other families. The kids have lots of room to run around and the adults can relax. The place is well loved and rustic but absolutely perfect for our needs.

This was our second time staying at Matt's place. My family and I absolutely love it!! It is super spacious, and the motel-like bedrooms offer a great amount of privacy, especially if traveling with a large group. We are looking forward to staying again in the winter.

Great home. Kitchen is updated from what photos show. Very spacious yard and inside as well. Hopefully they update the plumbing cause some leaking faucets and sinks. The showers are small and standing room only. Overall was fun and definitely going back. Was perfect for our family and friends.

So first tip… do not book this place in the middle of a heat wave if you’re planning on using the lodge. This is an older structure and is not great at keeping the heat at bay. But that is only the fault of Mother Nature. 😆 This place is perfect for large groups, with clean rooms, a very comfortable lodge area with big, comfy couches, and lots of seating. The huge front porch was perfect for watching the sunset and taking in the breeze is coming off the lake. It’s like going to a relatives cabin… It’s just what you want if you wanted to relax after a long day at the lake. Matt was great; he was very accommodating and tried to help us as best he could while we tried to keep the lodge at a comfortable temperature. I would 100% return with my family! Thanks again Matt for providing us with a great family vacation.
