This condo is really great—beautiful and modern! Awesome location (minus the very loud nearby night club that went from about 9pm-3 or 4am Thursday-Saturday nights). Because there is no AC, we relied on having the windows open at night, but it was loud and also brought in a lot of dust (next time I’d find a place with AC, so we could keep windows closed). The place itself is really cool and more than enough space for the 3 couples. The beds are quality, but on the firm side. There is a washer/dryer combo, but didn’t dry well so give yourself enough time to hang dry your clothes. Tomas was very responsive when I reached out with a question. We appreciated having a 24/7 door person, very friendly and convenient!

The apartment is nice. However, you should be aware that it could be hot during spring and summer time. There is no A/C and the windows have no mosquito nets. Also, one bedroom in downstairs have actually no proper windows facing outside (no access to fresh air). The fans in the rooms are not sufficient. Finally, be aware of loud music from the bars/clubs in the neighborhood, it could be bothering when you keep the windows open.

The apartment was home base for my family during our week in CDMX. My adult kids each had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom on the lower level, and we took the upstairs bedroom and bath. There are a total of 5 bathrooms — four with showers. There’s lots of space to spread out. The location was great, right in the heart of Roma Norte, and we spent some time each day up on the enormous roof deck, which is amazing. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and our hosts were quick to respond to questions. We had a couple small things that needed to be taken care of they sent the handyman over the next day. Overall we really enjoyed the apartment. A note to light sleepers that there is a bar somewhere nearby that plays dance music — we were able to block it out with some fan noise, and I’m not sure my kids noticed.

What a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and activities. Condo was clean, cozy, and spacious. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Amazing place with awesome rooftop where you can relax and enjoy CDMX. Will definitely love to come back.
