The place was exactly as described. Quiet, accessible, clean, and looked new. The room is big, accommodating two single beds and a sitting area with two relaxing chairs with ottomans and a large TV. Water bottles, light snacks, coffee and tea were provided. A neighborhood park on the bay is just a short walk to the south, where you can watch the sunset. Katherine was professional, and responded quickly to our communication.

Katherine was an amazing host! She made everything incredibly easy — her instructions for the room were crystal clear, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Katherine was also extremely friendly and had a warm and welcoming personality. She gave a fantastic recommendation for a local crab shack that met all of our asks! All in all, it was a fantastic stay. If your looking for a great host, Katherine is your person! Thanks again, Katherine!

We were in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect stay! Katherine’s place is very clean with everything labeled which was super helpful. Additionally the area surrounding the AirBnb makes for beautiful walks with scenic views. Would highly recommend!
