Great place, clean, and roomy. I will say it’s in the back of an industrial building so not quite right next to the water like the described photos. Overall a good stopping point to explore Kent Island! I’d stay again!

The apartment was great. Clean, good location, close to restaurants and the park with a little beach on the bay. Comfortable beds, nicely renovated. Our family of 3 had plenty of space.

staying here was exactly what we wanted while visiting annapolis for the military bowl. slight hiccup in the beginning but Brandon was incredibly responsive and helpful. the place is very clean. someone else in the reviews my mentioned it was attached to a business—it did not bother us—could occasionally hear them but with TV on it—didn’t hear a thing! everyone was nice. we ate at the dockhouse and harris crab house and they were both fantastic and felt like a local. would definitely stay again !

Brandon’s place was a cute stay for our work trip. It was not located in a residential area, so the address and photos helped us locate the space. Their cleaners had an emergency but Brandon and his team were quick to try to flip the space for us, but also gave us consideration for any inconvenience- which we greatly appreciated. His quick responses and reasonable actions really elevated our experience here. Thank you!
