Cet appartement est très propre et contient toutes les commodités possibles (lave-linge, sèche-linge, climatisation etc). Les hôtes sont très réactifs et vous aideront au moindre soucis. Il est très bien situé (a une rue de la quinta avenida). L'espace piscine et la salle de gym sont eux aussi très bien entretenus. Le seul bémol reste le canapé-lit qui fait l'affaire mais qui a un petit défaut lorsqu'il est ouvert. À noter également les travaux qui sont en cours juste devant l'appartement (à 10m) et qui commence tôt le matin et dure toute la journée.

Great hosts! Cynthia has taken initiative and checked on us every day. It wasn’t necessary because the place was just great. The location very good and the apartment was clean and refurbished exactly like in the photos. They have construction around as described but over the weekend you don’t feel it at all. We didn’t stay at home to long so it wasn’t matter for us. 5 stars!

We had the best time and this property provided us with everything we needed. It is located very close to the grocery store and there are restaurants, cafes, shops and so much more within walking distance. We will be back!

Cynthia and Julio’s place in PDC is great value for money. They were very responsive hosts and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay including tech that means you will never forget your keys (very useful also for the lovely rooftop pool). Instructions all online and first class. There is some ongoing construction next door but not really an issue

Lugar muy cómodo, muchos detalles en el dpto hasta un piso pequeño para que los niños alcancen el lavamanos, el sofá cama cómodo, el TV con Netflix, muchos condimentos para usar en la cocina, además con todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos. Lo No tan bueno es que deben saber que hay una construcción al frente por lo que la terraza no se usa prácticamente, ahora las ventanas aíslan muy bien y nunca nos molestó el ruido. Volvería!
