It was an extremely pleasant stay. The accommodation is designed with great attention to detail. The friendliness of Phil and Rosie is outstanding. The communication is very straightforward and the information in the accommodation is well thought out. The homemade bread was delicious, the breakfast great. Everything was clean and beautiful. So highly recommended. It was really great. Thank you very much.

Phil & Rosie’s loft was the perfect overnight stay for us over a cycling weekend. Beautifully furnished & a wonderfully comfy bed. Breakfast was an added delicious bonus that we didn’t expect. We ate at the Rose & Crown (a 5 min walk) & can really recommend the lamb rump. All in it was pretty perfect!

Thank you Phil and Rosie. it was a good value, lovely 3 day break and we'll be back. 😁 Great hosts, fabulous room and lovely area. I can't recommend enough. Freshly baked sourdough on arrival with sloe gin both homemade!.. my kind of host!  Spotlessly clean and and comfortable. Biggest bed and the best sleeps.  Breakfast cereals, compote, yoghurt, that bread, jams and marmalade. Big selection of nice herbal teas and cafetiere.  Shared garden with firepit and very peaceful tree house. Wish I could have spent more time up there but we were in exploring mode. Cambridge is a day (or more) out. We enjoyed the punting tour. Considered a guide or guided tour, lots to see. Audley End is a spectacular English Heritage house with huge grounds, great picnic spot. Saffron Walden the nearest town. Lovely street food, market and a surprise introduction to bell ringing in the church!!!  I started writing a review and it's turned into a travelog! Anyway I think you get the idea!
