Juan provided clear instructions, and the location was excellent. However, some noise from traffic was noticeable, and figuring out the shower took a few minutes. Overall, everything matched the description.

Juan’s place is in a perfect location with a great view. The space is big enough for a couple. I would recommend this place for a few days visit. The only negatives are that the bed is uncomfortably hard. The shower is also difficult to work with to get hot water. My suggestion is to turn the hot water nozzle all the way up, and then turn the cold water nozzle on just a little, only until you hear the heater turn on. If you turn the cold water on too much by just a centimeter, it becomes too cold. Sometimes the heater just turns off, and you have to adjust the nozzles again. I hope these instructions help the next guest. Juan and his sister Maria are very communicative.
