The place is in a good location if a tiny bit remote from hustle and bustle. The unit is dated and can use some attention. The furniture in the porch was broken but was replaced on the last day we were there. I had to clean the windows looking towards the water as it was very dirty. I think housekeeping needs reminder of the basics! I would get higher quality linen for the beds although towels were great. Jen was responsive and quick with a request. There is a nice living room and porch (covered and uncovered) that are nice for a coffee in the am. The coffee is a Kerig thing so dont bring filters!! AC works great when its warm. If you are looking for something that has most of what you need, and dont mind getting the rest, this is the place.

We needed a place to stay near our 91 year old father and this was the perfect spot. We did have a couple of issues with the tv but Jen resolved our problem as quickly as possible. Stopped in at a few local spots for dinner and enjoyed listening to live music. Erica the cleaning lady brought us beautiful fresh strawberries and jam which was a pleasant surprise.

It was the perfect size for the us! It was a secluded, yet not too far from the main road. The Grocery Stores were close. There were plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. The linens were clean. I loved being able to have a washer and dryer to use. It made coming home from vacation enjoyable. For once, I didn't have to spend a full day doing laundry on the first day home from vacation. I could actually relax. I would recommend the quaint condo/duplex. Thanks, Val

An ok stay with great amenities in area. Great proximity to local marinas. We love the porch!
