BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms, all on the first floor. - TVs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - Only 3 rooms are equipped with a heater. The heaters can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per heater, per night. BATHROOMS - There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - One attached bathroom does not have a wash basin. COMMON AREAS - The living room seats 6 people comfortably. - It offers a TV and a heater. - There is a 3000 sq. ft. lawn that can seat up to 15 people. - It offers comfortable seating for up to 20 guests. - Many local species of flowers are grown. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier as well as crockery and cutlery for up to 20 people. - Food will be served in the common dining area. An additional 10% room service charge will be levied for the delivery of food to the rooms.
