Very nice and luxurious stay. Food was delicious. Ample space and amenities. Would love to visit again. Staff were very helpful.

First things first, the home is located in one of the best neighbourhoods in Coonoor. Serene yet accessible and close to the market, park and restaurants. Raja, the caretaker was friendly, available and helpful throughout our stay. Him and his mum cooked homely and timely meals as per our requirement. Our feedback is mainly on the maintenance bit. It is a gorgeous property but needs better upkeep and an urgent upgradation of living room seating, kitchen hygiene, better garden maintenance, stained cushion cover changes, bonfire place furniture and overall upkeep, shower pressure rectification,etc. If these things are taken care of this will be a great property to go to time and again. We did not opt for the barbeque or the bonfire only because the area designated for it was in a sorry state. Some specific points of feedback: * the hill view will be much better if only the bushes are trimmed * barbecue needs to be cleaned/replaced so cooking in it is not a health hazard * kitchen

Located in peaceful area with good view of conoor,beutiful trees and well maintained garden this property matched our expectations and tge caretaker Mr Raja made good dinner and breakfast to our needs.I would definetly recommend this place as it can easily accomadate 3 families stay.Will surely visit again . There is also a sepertae place to sit near bonfire and do a barbeque and its away from hustle and peaceful place to chill.

Here is my honest review: 1. The caretaker is great, his service is exceptional, and he is cordial and sincere. He made us tasty home-style food. 2. He has always kept the place tidy. About the property owner/Host: The property clearly needs huge maintenance. Starting from the squeaky and fragile doors to walls, furniture, bathroom fittings, and even the roof, every single item needs maintenance. They seem to be abandoned by the owner. The bathroom flush buttons are somewhere working somewhere not. Some doors missing latch, curtains have piled dust, walls have mould. Lights are very very dim , at night teh place seems spooky. When it rained, the sheet roof started leaking in ground-floor bathroom. And there were no ceiling fans, only one table fan provided in 1MBR, which is also making lot of noise. The furniture cushions were century old and nearly unusable.
