This is the perfect place to be ! Literally you can walk anywhere to the main points of Capitola. There is a delicious coffee house right next to it and massage as well if that interests you. All the local restaurants and shops are at your fingertips. Beautiful house and extremely clean! My husband and I had our baby moon and loved all the amenities, and you can cozy up in the fireplace at night ! Definitely coming back

5 stars! We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Paradise Properties’ home in Capitola. The space is even better than the pictures! Perfect location, clean and modern space with everything you need. Walking distance to everything Capitola has to offer—beach, shops and restaurants are all a block away. Having a parking spot is an added bonus—we were able to adventure to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and return without worrying about parking. Plenty of space for 4 people. Big kitchen, bathroom and closet space—also has a washer and dryer. We used the bed upstairs and the couch and both were perfectly comfortable. My daughters wanted to move in permanently and didn’t want to leave. Thank you—we will be back!

The apartment was clean and well located on the strip so that we could enjoy walking down one side and back the other to the apartment. Parking included was great. I always leave the places i stay clean AND this place didn’t have a laundry list of cleaning for me to so when i left. Thank you for that. I would stay again with no reservation,
