Very beautiful looking appartment like the photographs. Unfortunately let down by the 'sofa bed' not only was I unaware that I would be charged to use it... it was also ridiculously uncomfortable. Rock solid lumps on both sides and a raises hard solid lump in the middle. Not much sleep was had. I would say if you need to use the aofa bed, stay elsewhere. Then lastly my only other complaint is they need to either deep clean or replace there rug. My toddler is still recovering from a fungal rash after sitting and playing on it for the week. I did wonder why I was feeling itchy each time i sat with her. Other than that it was a very beautiful appartment and easy to get around location.

ideal space for me and my daughter, spotlessly clean and three private parking was very much appreciated. located in a fantastic spot to explore on foot and by car but being able to walk to so many places was great. a lovely holiday and felt very safe given it was just me and my young daughter. the team kept in regular contact and responded quickly and politely. very happy!

The team were very good at communicating before our arrival, giving us good recommendations for places to eat. The apartment was spacious, close to Boscombe Pier and clean. We especially loved the big arm chair in the lounge and the flamingo wallpaper in the bedroom. It was quiet most of the time. Occasionally you could hear the people upstairs moving around but nothing too loud or anything. The shower was good and the bed was comfy. There was good signal and access to Netflix on the tv. Everything seemed to be in working order and we were impressed with the decor of the place. Took us about five/ten minutes to walk to Boscombe where the beach is and a land train which took about ten minutes or so over to Bournemouth Pier. Overall, great place to stay and would be happy to return.

Grandeur were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent! Very close to the beach and food shops. The place was lovely and very clean. There were no essentials for cooking such as salt, oil etc but you can of course get those yourself. Would recommend!

Great property, really nicely furnished. A short walk to a gorgeous beach and conveniently located for local shops and other places of interest (Bournemouth, Christchurch, Southbourne etc).
