First, Ryan is a truly beautiful person. I hope we're friends forever. He is a thoughtful and easy to appreciate host. Also, his place felt like home from the moment I walked in and every day of the past 2 months. Super comfortable bed and clean spaces. I'm in love with his cats and bunny, and I'd live here for a lot longer if I could. I'll definitely return. Highly recommend for all that, plus an incredible location.

I spent 5 weeks at Ryan’s place in Santa Monica. He is incredibly hospitable and I would recommend the place to anyone. The area was exactly what I was looking for as well, it’s very walkable and I didn’t have a need for a car or bike with the exception of an occasional Uber. There are lots of bars and restaurants a few blocks away on Main st. It’s the perfect area to visit as a digital nomad.

I enjoyed my stay with Ryan. He is an exceptional host and not only genuinely helpful and very friendly, but also an extremely considerate roommate. Living together was very comfortable. The apartment is within short walking distance to the beach and also to a number of restaurants, bars and cafes, which makes the location so perfect.

10/10 Amazing location just a short walk from the ocean. I loved my time in Santa Monica. Ryan (the host) is a super friendly, accomodating, and easy-going guy, and made my stay very pleasant. The room is a great size with its own bathroom, and the backyard is amazing. Loved my time here!
