RV and I, (Annee) reside in California with our daughter. We’ve loved coming to the Colorado River and Bullhead/Laughlin area for the past 20 years and dreamed about having a home on the water. In 2019 our dream came true. Now we have a gorgeous 2 unit homes and since we can’t live here full time we wanted to rent out the units and share it with you all, people who love the water as much as we do. We’ve made it affordable to rent by having two unit: a 3 bed/2 (1700sqft) bath on street level unit and a1 bed/1 bath 850 sqft bottom unit. Both units have their own kitchen, and private patios. We are so thrilled to be able to offer bigger home for larger group and smaller unit for smaller family or for couples retreat on the river at a very reasonable price. Both units have been completely renovated. We know you will love our riverfront homes as much as we do.
