This was my absolute favourite AirBnB stay until now. Graham is the consummate host and is extremely hospitable and kind. I so enjoyed my chats with him and he also gave a lot of local recommendations. The house overlooks the beautiful Tomahawk Beach and on a clear dawn, the sunrise is an absolute must. Graham also provides a generous and tasty continental breakfast which is simply delightful when eaten in the dining room whilst admiring the gorgeous sea view. My only regret that my stay was far too short and I can without hesitation recommend Graham’s place to anyone interested in visiting Dunedin / New Zealand. Thanks so much again, Graham!

grahams property is in a lovely part of Dunedin. the beach is just a walk down the hill away and yet an easy drive to the inner city. breakfast was provided in the sunny dining room, with a gorgeous view to the ocean.

Graham est un hôte incroyable, il est adorable et son petit dejeuner delicieux et copieux! Il est d'une extraordinaire hospitalité. Nous nous sommes senti à l'aise. La maison est extrêmement confortable et agréable. La vue et l'environnement sont absolument magnifiques. Idéal pour passer quelques jours sur Dunedin et profiter de la faune sauvage à proximité.

This has to be hands down the best place and host I have ever stayed with in Airbnb. He is very friendly and he has gone above and beyond as a host. I walked away feeling like I underpaid. You will not regret this stay if you book it.
