Place is located in exactly where you want to be. Walkable to the pier and beach shops. Nice decor and great decks on both stories. It being a third floor walk up was rough on the legs and the beds are incredibly firm and not comfortable (hence the 3 stars)

Pros: This place is right on top of the beach! You can't beat the location. Wake up every morning to stunning sunrises and the sound of the waves. Cons: Unfortunately, we had a share of issues that made or stay pretty terrible. The cleaning crew arrived at 10pm the night before our checkout. They let themselves into the unit (unannounced) and it was very scary at that time of night, we thought we were being broken into and nearly called the cops. The dishes were dirty (in the cabinets) upon our arrival. We had to run them all through the dishwasher to remove sizable chunks of food on the plates. Gross. There is only enough hot water for one shower. The toilet paper and toilet paper holder was missing in the master bathroom. Lights out on the porches (they offered to send someone over) but I missed their call apparently and it never happened. They only communicated through email (and also sent a 3rd party app for us to download, which we never did). I had to request the check in code, it was never sent to us. There was no direct communication through AirBnb. When contacted about the above issues, there was little response to try and make anything better, other than offering to send a cleaner over. Finally, the place is a little tired/old (ie, sliding doors hard to open, mold in bathroom cabinet, etc). Overall: The location and proximity to beach is 100% amazing. I could probably have overlooked some of the issues with the unit if they had just been addressed. The cleaning break-in was a HUGE safety issue that I can't get over. I would definitely avoid anything with this management company and wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone.
