Carolyn was there to greet us on arrival and was so friendly and quick to give dining suggesting and tell us about the area. Very quaint and quiet area - wonderful walkable neighborhood. Accommodations were comfy and clean and it was so quiet. Would definitely like to come back!

Carolyn was friendly and helpful and we felt welcome here! Good location near some great restaurants and a very short walk to the ocean. Lots of nearby trails and beaches for birdwatching, too!

Carolyn is very responsive and wants to greet you when you get there; a very kind and welcoming gesture. The location is nice and private; it's very easy to access the main roads and the ocean. Park your car at the suite and walk wherever you need to go! The space was very comfortable and practical despite the small space. The beds were very comfortable. There is no TV, but its actually a good thing considering all there is to do! My partner and I were very pleased with our stay. When available, I'd say this is the best deal in town. Just book it.

I was on a trip with a friend. Carolyn was flexible when I made a mistake with the booking. She was also there to greet us when we arrived and was very friendly. She gave us recommendations on where to go and what do to and was ready to help out if needed. The place was really cute and clean. We loved our stay!
