Absolutely beautiful place with amazing views!

It really is a very beautiful condo. We had a wonderful stay. We would recommend renting a car because taxis are expensive. The only hiccup was the WiFi. It seemed like that was on most of the island. The vendor was having issues so some of us had some work to do and had a hard time with that. Other than that great place would def stay here again

We loved our stay!!! We traveled with our 6 year old daughter and 2 year old son in April, and the weather was amazing. We turned the ac off, and the trade winds cooled everything in the condo. We had french baguettes and crossaints delivered through the concierge service. We were a close walk to the market to get groceries for cooking and also walkable to amazing local restaurants. There was a private beach perfect for our little family, but close drive to Friars Bay and Mullet Bay that we also frequented. The infinity pool was to die for. We can't wait to go back.

This was our second stay at The Cliff in unit F4 in St Martin and we are already planning to come back. The condo has chairs, umbrella and cooler. Their new heated infinity pool has great views. You can see Saba 28 miles away and St Kitts almost 50 miles distant. When we were there, their private beach below the pool had plenty of soft sand. We usually go to Mullet Bay beach next door, but stayed on The Cliff beach many days. F4 has a nice kitchen, good blender, electric tea pot and coffee maker. There is a full ocean view with large patio that is the entire size of the unit. The bedrooms have a patio also. This made for nice breezes in the evening or morning. The host is attentive. The Cliff is walking distance to two supermarkets, an excellent French bakery and five restaurants. The Condo had everything we needed including a smart TV.

Loved my stay at this very nice condominium, the unit and building are as nice or nicer than the photos. Didn’t realize before how friendly and welcoming the staff would be. The building has extensive amenities, can’t think of anything they need to improve. The hosts response was quick, but seems the Airbnb messaging system could work better. Would like to return there someday.
