We had a lovely week staying at this beautiful cottage. It was spotlessly clean and perfect for us. Holly was so helpful, with instructions and also recommendations on where to eat and where to visit. It was the perfect place for us to have some rest and quiet time without the kids! Thank you! Holly's cottage was so quaint and lovely with beautiful surroundings. The cottage was so clean and tidy, and Holly had thought of all the little things that make for a pleasant stay. The tin mine museum is an absolute must go to when staying in the area and provides the most delicious ploughmans lunch in the cafe! We found the village shop to be extremely handy also. Thank you so much Holly for a lovely week away! We look forward to returning someday.
We had a great few days in Pendeen. It's a great location with quick easy access in all directions to Lands End, Newlyn, Marazion, Minack, St Ives and more. The cottage is super cosy and Holly has thought of everything you might need - from milk and tea bags to firelighters, books and games. Waking up to a sea view is always a winner too. Portheras Cove is stunning and worth the walk. We also spent time at Geevor Tin Mine Heritage Centre just up the road which was absolutely brilliant - a must do. Local shop in the village stays open to 9.00pm and has anything you might need. The local pub The North Inn was super friendly too. Fresh fish from the various fishmongers in Newlyn was excellent as was St Buryan Farm Shop. Beautiful meat and a good range of home cooked ready meals. The Tin Coast is a great area. We'll definitely go back.
We had a fantastic stay at Holly’s stunning cottage. We felt right at home. The cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is incredible, a short walk to the coast and we really felt in the wilds of Cornwall. We enjoyed a long walk to Portheras Beach and Pendeen Lighthouse, a delicious meal at the Gurnard’s Head and lovely, lazy mornings at the cottage. Holly and Ann were super friendly and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back again. Thank you so much!
WOW just WOW!! Holly and Anne are amazing hosts and went above and beyond both is responses but also to help me out with questions. They are both amazing. Then there is the accommodation! Top notch finishes throughout, spacious and beautiful. Enough space for the four of us and a pooch. The smallest touches of welcome notes, tea and biscuits after a long journey! Can’t praise the hosts enough and not enough words to justify the Cottage nor the area - amazing surroundings and adventures galore! Thanks for a memorable time.
