We had the loveliest time at David’s property in Champakulam - it is situated in the most serene and beautiful location and the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The food that we ate here was some of the best we have eaten in Kerala and prepared on site by locals - we thoroughly enjoyed taking out the kayaks and experiencing the beautiful backwaters and seeing the wildlife! David and his staff were very warm and welcoming and the property itself was very clean, comfortable and the private plunge pool was a highlight! We couldn’t recommend this property enough!

Uwielbiam wszystko w tym miejscu! Spaliśmy w dwóch różnych domkach i każdy z nich był urządzony pięknie, wygodnie i ze smakiem. Każdy zapewniał intymność, również w części z malutkim basenem. Siedzenie przy basenie, wśród natury, słuchanie śpiewu ptaków było kojące i pozwalało na odpoczynek. Jedzenie było pyszne. Dawid jest świetnym gospodarzem, jest w kontakcie, interesująco się z nim rozmawia i jest gotowy do pomocy. Z pewnością wrócimy.

David and team were brilliant, we had the best time staying at his property. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for an authentic and beautiful place to experience the backwaters.

We had a lovely time at David's place. Very nice food and they did everything to let us feel at home. The room was beautifully decorated and we also could sit beautiful at the river side.
