Because I checked in after 6 pm, there was no one I could contact for communication. Unfortunately when I entered the room, I noticed a clear box covering the thermostat with a combination lock! The temperature for the room was set to 73 degrees, and I was not able to adjust. There was no ceiling fan or tabletop fan in the room, so, there was absolutely no air movement. It was very uncomfortable. I searched the room and all coorespondence to find a code for the lock, but was unsuccessful. The only phone number supplied was for emergency purposes, so I called it. The lady that answered acted as if I was crazy and stated that she could only help, if the building was on fire or I was dying. She told me that the management did not want the temperature changed. I then emailed the managment company through AIRBNB - who proports to have a 1 hour response time. I heard back about 40 hours later. The email said that they thought 73 was a cool temperature. I would not recommend.

Can’t say enough positive things about this property it met our needs and we had the best time, beautiful views, on day of check out drinking coffee on balcony I saw a sea turtle so amazing , would highly recommend staying here, fell in love so perfect

This is an old motel that I believe the rooms could be individually owned but managed by the motel. The staff we did meet were very friendly and helpful. It was a quick stop over for us while traveling, the location is perfect! The room and balcony are both very spacious. There’s a fabulous restaurant and café within walking distance.

Beautiful view! Great location!! Super clean and loved the restaurant and coffee shop next door. Will definitely return!
