This cabin was perfect, great location, very clean, and well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The house is spacious and is a great setup for families. The porch areas are a great place to hang out, and take in the scenery including the golf course. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! Taryn was a fantastic host, had great communication with us on any questions, and was super accommodating for our group, we would recommend this place to anyone considering staying in the Lake Almanor west area.

My family and I have stayed here for a week each of the last five summers. This house is fantastic and perfect for a family. The kitchen and the grill outside on the deck work perfectly. The dining options in Chester are limited at best. So if you like to cook, this is a great place. Perfect Almanor location with the serenity of the fountain on the 3rd hole of the golf course makes this place perfect. (and you are absolutely safe from any stray shots - the back of the house is protected perfectly). The owners show great care and love for this place and are super easy to work with on every level. We are coming up here forever!

We really enjoyed our week at the property. Taryn is so responsive to all our requests and questions. I’d like to add a few recommendations if I may that could help quests. As stated, there’s no Keurig coffee machine so you may want to bring your own. Toilet paper was 1 ply so bring your 2 ply. Bring your tide pods for the washing machine (huge bonus) Highly recommend contacting Majors outpost for boating/ jet ski rentals prior to arrival . They book fast so call ahead. To wrap up, Don’t hesitate to book this property. Locations awesome, well equipped,& your In great hands with Taryn.

A cozy home away from home - they have everything you could imagine needing for a mountain getaway, and more. Kitchen is awesome! Gorgeous home in a beautiful location, and wonderful hosts. This was our 2nd stay, and definitely won't be our last!
