We have stayed in many different beach condos and houses, and Blue Skies is one of my favorites. Everything was clean and thoughtfully situated. We appreciated lots of seating for our family of 6 and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms had plenty of available storage space. Little touches like the light up make up mirror and lots of extra outlets for charging devices were a treat. The condo itself is steps from the beach, and has facilities for rinsing off after the beach. Our family really enjoyed our meal at Lupo’s and playing pickleball at the nearby courts. Next time we visit Rehobeth, I would be happy to rent from Jim again.

We have stayed at several Airbnb’s over the years, and Blue Skies by far was our favorite. The location was perfect, as one of the amenities we always look for is where we stay being walkable. Olive Avenue is quiet yet right in the hub of all the wonderful things that make Rehoboth our favorite beach town. We only had to drive to go to Lewes, Cape Henlopen and to our favorite Italian restaurant out on Rt 1, Touch of Italy. Check in/out was simple, staff and neighbors extremely friendly and the condos layout and cleanliness surpassed our expectations. If you like ocean views to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, a second balcony off the bedroom to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine, all the comforts of home while on vacation and a quiet yet convenient location, then Blue Skies is for you! Thank you, Jim, for contributing to a memorable vacation.

Blue Skies is everything it's advertised to be plus more. The condo is spacious and well appointed and the location is superb. It's only a half block from the boardwalk and the beach and within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The ocean is visible from the great room. Jim is always very responsive. We have stayed at Blue Skies for several years and have already reserved it for 2024. It's everything you could ask for. Highly recommend.

Blue Skies was the perfect place for my family on this trip to Rehoboth! The check-in process was simple, just grab the keys from the front desk and go park. There were plenty of carts for moving our stuff up to the unit. The unit was clean and exactly as described, beautiful! It was a well-equipped rental with little things like the drying rack on the balcony and the extra electric outlets that really stood out for me. The master bed was comfortable and my kids enjoyed their sleep in the twin beds. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. I think the best part is the location. It was very easy to get to the beach and back, plus we walked nearly every where we wanted to go during our week. My kids said it was nice to be close to the fun stuff like Zelky's. We enjoyed a great meal at the Breakfast guru. The beach was busy but we always found space to set up camp and hit the waves. One email to Jim got a quick response. Thanks!
