We enjoyed our stay while vising our daughter for Bowdoin College parents weekend. The house is spacious yet cozy, with a large family room, a large dining table, an updated kitchens loaded with appliances, kitchen tools, and a wide variety of lovely dishes and glasses, and other areas for hanging out. Emily was a gracious host. She reached out to make sure everything was going well during our visit and promptly responded to my messages.

We spent the long weekend visiting our son at Bowdoin. We have stayed in hotels in the area many times but the family joined us and we wanted something bigger. Emily’s place is as advertised & in a very good location. We were very happy with all the space where we could hangout together and also have a private place to read a book. The mattresses were super comfortable & the bedding was soft and cozy. There is a shared bathroom with 2 master bedrooms so there is no privacy but was fine for us. The house is very bright which is great except the skylights in the 2 master bedrooms do not have window coverings and it is very bright in the morning. The queen bedroom is cozy & has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything and more that we needed. We did not use the outside space as the weather was rainy but the deck looked inviting and the backyard is very private. Emily is very easy and quick to communicate with. We would stay again and recommend the house.

What an amazing experience at Emily’s place! We stayed with family over Labour Day weekend and it was perfect. So specious and a perfect location as well. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet relaxing weekend away.

The house was gorgeous!!! Clean & bright. Such a unique layout. Plenty of space to spread out. Out front there’s access to a small inlet that’s actually water flowing with the ocean tide.
