This space was very clean and was actually bigger than I expected! The two closet spaces were a very nice surprise as well. The couch was a bit unstable so I think that was the only issue I had with the actual furniture. Bed is very comfortable. Only other thing to note is that there were a couple roaches. Very very small ones. I stayed here for almost two months and saw three. It comes with being on the first floor of an apartment, so I don’t think that should deter you from staying here. Otherwise, street parking was accessible (so long as you don’t come home late at night) and location was very beautiful. I really liked being able to walk to Pine Street and try their many food options, or walk to the beach on a sunny day. Nicholas is a fantastic host and I greatly appreciate his clear instructions and accessibility throughout the stay. Would recommend!!

Nicholas is great host who answers almost immediately. The apartment is perfect for a maximum of two people that want to stay in Long Beach for a shorter time. If you stay longer you have to buy many things you one need to live. In the beginning the floor wasn’t well-cleaned and it took time for me to get used to the noises you hear from the outside, from the corridor and from the apartment above. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is big enough. With a cleaner floor and less noise, I’d give 5/5.

Nicholas was extremely responsive to all of my concerns. Unfortunately, for the amount of money I paid for this place there were many issues that could not be resolved during my stay. The biggest being a roach infestation. When paying $3K+ for a month the last thing one would expect was roaches. There were so many that I was unable to feed my pet without monitoring his food. I'd wake up with them crawling on the wall by the bed and in the bathroom. I've never experienced anything like this with Airbnb. Nicholas did have an exterminator come out but it did little to nothing to alleviate the problem.

Absolutely loved this apartment, it’s conveniently located near lots of food places and so close to the pike. Parking is a little tough but they have parking lots nearby.
