We actually stayed in a different apartment than was booked because Jack ended up with a conflict there, but he was proactive on asking us to switch, the layout, amenities, and price were the same, it was just one flight higher. The apartment was as described and seemed to be well equipped. This is one of those were you are expected to wash dishes and take out the trash, and since we were there just overnight, we didn't bother to use any or put anything in the trash to avoid the hassle. The thermostat was adjustable so we were able to warm up the place pronto and the bed was comfy. Parking is street parking and safe, but we ended up parking around the corner due to lack of space by the building. However, it was easy to find and get into and seemed a very safe neighborhood. We would stay there again. Only about 3-4 miles from the Tmobile arena!

Great budget stay. Lots to do around. Shower was tricky, but that is our only complaint. Great experience, great host communication. Could have been cleaner but for the price, well worth it and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Jack’s! We will definitely be back anytime we need a little getaway to the city! Perfect location, close to lots of KC’s great areas. The apartment was just what we needed for our stay, building was quiet and we enjoyed being able to cook dinner in the kitchen!
