Our stay here was great! The location is in the middle of a small neighborhood/town that's very quiet. The space is a two story brick house that has been converted into two apartments, upper and lower, with separate entrances. Jim lives in the lower area and the floor above is where we stayed and was extremely flexible with check-in. His directions were very detailed which made everything easy. He coordinated with me about our arrival time because he wanted to personally tour us through the space, which was great. He followed all social distancing precautions and pointed out all amenities so that there was no confusion about where things were and how they worked. The heat had a small quirk in that it wasn't controlled in the space but that wasn't an issue for us since the temperature was perfect the whole time we were there and the weather was great. Also, Jim would have been extremely accommodating and quick to respond if we would have needed it to be warmer or cooler (he asked us each morning if we were ok with the temperature). The space was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had all major appliances (toaster oven, coffee pot, can openers, oven/stove, fridge/freezer, etc.). Both bedrooms were neat and tidy with extra blankets and pillows provided. Jim is very friendly and spoke to us each morning when we left and each afternoon when we came back to the house. He was quick to respond to any questions we had and even supplied a lot of great information about the surrounding area, as well as recommendations on places to eat and local stores to visit. There were additional cars and a motorcycle in the parking area but there was no lack of parking and Jim made sure that you were never blocked in and always had access. Parking is plentiful as there were still ~3 spots for off-street parking right outside of the entrance to the area and numerous additional street parking spots. Check out was flexible, easy, and simple. Jim took care of everything! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a stay in a quiet part of town with a very friendly and accommodating host.

The key to remember about staying here is Jim is VERY open to communication! So if you're hearing too much noise from downstairs or you need extra paper products, just let him know and he is very quick to oblige. He delights in going above and beyond with special touches. He even baked banana bread for my arrival!

Ok, wow! Where to start! Ok first, this place was super nice and a really cozy home like feeling place! The kitchen was nice and had a lot of fun cooking our dinners there and playing some games at the table! The beds and furniture were both super comfortable and just relaxing to lay/sit down on. The house was really close to where I had to travel to which also made it nice! Now Jim was an amazing host everything from quick responses to just really friendly to chat with. He gave me and my wife great tips on where to go for a good time, nice places to eat, and was always making sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Honestly loved this AirBnB sand highly recommend!

Alright everyone so this could turn into a two page rant if I listed everything that was wrong about my stay here. However, I think as guests we need to start leaving very honest reviews so people such as myself know exactly what we are walking into when we book an Airbnb. If will leave it at this; if you have very low expectations then this airbnb is probably fine for you. If you want to enjoy a relaxing stay somewhere this is not the place for you.
