*Excellent* location for anyone going to a show at The Palace. The apartment is quite spacious and easy to find/check into. We had everything we needed and Taylor was always very responsive and helpful! Loved the parking space right outside the door, too. The WiFi worked well for an online class I took while visiting (recommend using in the same room as or next room over from the router). Also mentioned in the listing, but just a note to anyone with mobility issues there are 2 sets of stairs to climb once inside the building. The towels were a bit small but clean and stocked. We saw a note about towels in a previous review so brought our own to use just in case—but it wouldn’t have been an emergency if we hadn’t. Several walkable restaurants in town but heads up that most are closed on Sundays. Cuties Coffee, Invisible Man Brewery, and Rassame’s Thai are walkable and all open on Sundays—highly recommend. Also enjoyed walking to the art museum (and free admission!). Thank you!

This place was very comfortable and in a nice location on main street in Greensburg. Pros: beds are super comfy, lots of little nice additions like a puzzle and spa face masks, super spacious, close to restaurants and coffee shops, plenty of work space and good WiFi for working remotely. Cons: only con is it could be a little cleaner. It is NOT dirty by any means, just a little dusty/non-ideal in spots. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

The apartment is historical and in a great location. With 10% more effort it would be great. It was a little dirty and run down, and my bath towel had lots of hairs on it and seemed like it hadn’t been washed. Unfortunately there were hardly any towels and they were all in bad shape. If you’re driving, consider bringing your own towels and maybe even sheets.

This space was super nice and spacious. I was working right on Main St, and it was less than a 4 minute walk for me to get to work. Also, it is very accessible to everything I'm Downtown Greensburg. I would absolutely stay here again if I needed to go back to Greensburg for work again.

Located in an old run down building, Great location and place to stay as long as your expectations are not too high. We arrived in the dark and found the entrance to building is not secure. It felt slightly spooky arriving and going up to the apartment. The stairway was dusty and in need of cleaning. The basement had a laundry again felt a bit spooked. Once inside apartment, I messaged Taylor about the security, he assured me it was fine, and it was. I would still recommend a lock on the exterior door. It was quite noisy due to traffic but great in terms of location, went to White Rabbit Cafe. Great coffee. Also had a disappointing meal at the venue! Overall it met our needs and we were happy there for three nights. Thanks Taylor.
