This location is nestled in a quiet, albeit somewhat rundown RV park. I must commend the cleanliness and coziness of the RV itself—it’s exactly as described and made for a very pleasant stay. The host was communicative and responsive, which facilitated a seamless check-in and check-out process. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. The most significant was the lack of Wi-Fi. While the listing mentioned Wi-Fi provided, it actually is coming from a separate location near a bar/restaurant. It wasn’t feasible to access it from my RV location so, I found alternatives like a nearby Starbucks. Additionally, the neighboring residents tended to watch whenever I stepped outside, which felt a bit intrusive and uncomfortable at times. Please note that it can get very cold at night. Despite these points, the stay was comfortable overall, and I appreciate the host’s attentiveness.

During my experience I think it is over priced for the unit. She needs to update that there’s no restaurant and nothing available in the area during certain times of the year.

This is a camper in a large trailer park very close to the Salton Sea with full water and electric hookups. wifi is available but we were asked not to use it for streaming. The office of the park runs the Airbnb, and is only open from 8am to 7pm so if you will be checking in outside of those hours it's best to communicate that aheae of time. Overall, nice experience and nice place.
