We just stayed at Peter’s place and could not be more happy! The studio was wonderful, clean, beautiful scenery, and a fantastic location! You are very close to Grace Bay Beach, Long Bay Beach and a grocery store. Yet, you still have your privacy and beauty without the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Peter was a fantastic host, so kind and friendly, and alway responsive. We love the island and have been many times and we will return to Peter’s place in our future. :)

Juba Sunset is set opposite a beautiful salt marsh in the Juba sound. There is a canal right in front of the property where one can kayak or paddle board. The host provided excellent directions to the property so we did not have any trouble finding it. The apartment is roomy and just as described and shown in the photos. The location is very safe and we did not feel a need to secure our belonging . There is safe in the apartment anyway. The bed was very comfortable and the towels and linen were of very good quality . The WiFi signal was very good. The shower has great pressure and the hot water is perfect. there is a kitchenette with microwave, coffeemaker and an electric kettle . The swimming pool is shared with an adjacent property but we were the only people using it. There is a small sofa bed in the apartment but we did not use it so I can tell how comfortable it might be to sleep in it. We would stay there again. Peter was a wonderful host !

Juba Sunset was amazing. Would highly recommend a rental car if staying here (we used Rent-A-Buggy, and they were great as well; can pickup and drop off at airport which was super easy) but it is in a prime location (10 min. drive to Grace Bay beach, 20 min. drive to airport). If you want a relaxing place to stay in TCI, look no further. The only noises that could be heard while outside by the pool were birds! Speaking of, pool was well kept. Peter and Aki are great hosts, and communicate very well. The AirBnb itself was also very clean and well kept. The fridge kept items cold, AC worked great, bed was comfortable, etc. Easy check-in/check-out. No complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again if/when I revisit the island.

The purpose built extension is up-to-date and in excellent condition. The kitchenette is small but decently equipped for microwave cooking and there are 2 outside gas grills for visitors' use. The highlight of the property is the small infinity pool that overlooks the lagoon. The Long Bay Hills are a quiet residential area and the only noise comes from the birds. You really must have a rental car for this property, I used Grace Bay Car Rentals, in which case the facilities of Providenciales are within easy reach. Great communication from Peter despite him being in a different time zone when we stayed.

The view was stunning, incredible sunsets and so many birds. It was such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Peter was very responsive and gave very clear directions on how to get to the house. I would definitely stay here again.
