Great stay, Stephane wrote a week before arrival about the check in and was super flexible and responsive. The house was super clean and comfortable. We could occasionally hear people in the neighboring house but not a big deal and not so disruptive. The location is great especially with a car. Happy with our choice!

We had a lovely stay at Zaida's place. We were greeted warmly by Estafan. He let us know all we needed to know about the property and about the surrounding area. We were given plenty of helpful suggestions before we arrived. The house was clean and well decorated. The pool and outside area were wonderful. We were provided a cot for our small child. We would stay in this house again if we are able to visit Lanzarote in the future.

Un accueil très sympathique d'Estefán, une villa propre oú tout fonctionnait très bien. nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette demeure.

Just returned from a weeks stay in this beautiful accommodation. This property is even better in person than the photo's show! Large, airy, modern, very clean and comfortable with a large pool & outdoor space area for catching the rays. Our two teenage daughters loved having their own space - bedroom and bathroom each, which they found very comfortable and clean. The outdoor space is fantastic with the added bonus of a tennis and pool table, great pool and BBQ area. Great location in a quiet and safe neighbourhood but only a 20-25 min walk away from the local beaches and restaurants. The Marina is lovely with a nice selection of restaurants. Stephane was a fantastic host, very attentive and accommodating & quick to respond to any queries and questions. On arrival Stephane met us at the accommodation and made sure that everything was to our liking. He had even provided us with a fantastic welcome pack of goodies. Thanks Stephane :) I would be happy to stay here again in a heart beat!
