Yvonne and her husband were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for my needs and Yvonne and husband even provided a simple breakfast. Parking was easy too.

I absolutely loved my stay with Yvonne and Jim nothing is every to much so friendly and welcoming bed was amazing had such a great sleep every night. Breakfast left outside the door so as not to disturb guests. I will definitely be returning and staying at their b&b after all why fix it if it’s not broke. Thank you to the both of you for a lovely stay

The room at Yvonne's place had everything we needed and everything that was mentioned in the listing too. Homemade cake on the first morning and pastries on the second morning for breakfast were a special touch from Yvonne and Jim. The house is a short walk from town and train station. It's a good base for exploring South Devon. We used both the train and car to get around.Lots of places to visit. Would recommend.

Yvonne is a great host. She and her husband made sure we had everything we needed. They went the extra mile to meet our dietary requirements for breakfast. We would definitely stay at their room again.

This was a great stay for us as we were there to see my parents but couldn't stay in their house . Yvonne's place was everything we needed with a comfy bed, lovely shower, tasty breakfast and in a great location 5 minutes walk from the town and beach. On street parking wasn't a problem. We would definitely stay again.
