I’ve is the best host! She could not have made it any easier for us to find and access her unit. She included photos of everything. The entire suite is well labeled and fully outfitted to include some snacks that I enjoyed. Use of their bikes was appreciated and we used them to ride 25 minutes to Matakana Island. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk and it was amazing. My husband says it is his new favorite beach! While ideal for surfers, we were able to swim as well. The seafood shop at the beach access had a good menu and there was a convenience store for quick grabs. It is good to note the space is in a flight zone, but they do not fly at night and were infrequent during the day. The home is extremely quiet, if didn’t even hear the rain that fell heavily one night. I highly recommend this spot.

Absolutely Loved our stay here. Place was in a very good location. Iva had the guest house in immaculate condition, and was a great host - super responsive and went above and beyond. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Iva was a great host. She has incredible attention to detail, we were really impressed with the accommodation. we were particularly pleased with how baby friendly the property was. its always hard to find a baby proof property but this one was perfect for us. the house was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable. we loved our short stay here. Thank you Iva
